1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using .ctx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

.ctx is a digital marketplace for AI agent knowledge products including prompts, skills, templates, MCP servers, agent configurations, harnesses, bundles, and guides. We facilitate transactions between creators and buyers.

3. Creator Terms

Creators agree to the following when listing products on .ctx:

  • A 20% platform commission applies to all paid sales.
  • Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are deducted separately.
  • You must have the right to distribute all content you upload.
  • Products must not contain malicious code, malware, or deceptive content.
  • Products are subject to review before being published.
  • We reserve the right to remove products that violate these terms.

4. Buyer Terms

  • All sales of digital products are final.
  • Refunds are granted only if a product is materially different from its description or non-functional.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Purchased products are licensed for personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated.
  • Redistribution or resale of purchased products is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Content

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Malicious code, exploits, or security vulnerabilities
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • Deceptive or misleading product descriptions
  • Spam or duplicate listings

6. Limitation of Liability

.ctx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased on the platform. Creators are solely responsible for the quality and functionality of their products.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
